We know saber terminology can get confusing. Here's a list of frequently asked questions about sabers and our policies to help you out! 

 

What is a Base Lit Saber? 

A base lit hilt shines the light from the hilt up inside the blade. 

 

What is Smooth Swing (Baselit)?

The smooth swing functionality allows the noise emitted from the saber to change in volume and pitch to give a more realistic effect.

 

What is an EcoPixel Saber (Xenopixel)?

EcoPixel blades, unlike base lit blades, have an led strip running up the full length of the blade, allowing for a brighter, more realistic and highly customizable blade.

 

What are Ghv3 Pixel and Proffie V2.2 Pixel Sabers?

These are our premium sabers. These sabers are even more customisable than our Smooth Swing and Eco Pixel blades. In fact, you can even upload your own custom features onto the SD card. However, we do not reccomend you doing so unless you absolutely know what you are doing as you can wipe existing fonts and colours if you are an inexperienced user. If you do decide to do so, ensure you have backed up any existing files onto your computer. Unfortunately we cannot cover this in our warranty if you break it. However, our team will try our best to aid you if you accidentally wipe the existing files.

Do you offer a warranty? 

 

We offer all our customers a 365 day warranty, even for dueling damage! However, we will not offer a warranty if the saber is obviously deliberately damaged on multiple occasions. We will send you delivery instructions, including address, upon request.

  

Do I have to pay for shipping?

All orders over £65 are eligible for free shipping! If you want to return an item, you will have to pay the shipping costs and we recommend insuring the returned product as the product is your responsibility until it reaches us. However, if the return is a result of damaged/missing goods, we will happily pay all shipping fees as part of the free one year warranty policy.

 

How long will shipping take?

As we ship world wide, it really depends where you are and which saber you've ordered. Typically, UK and US customers can expect a shipping time of 7-15 working days (sometimes quicker) while the rest of the world can expect to wait around 10-20 days.

Please bear in mind that due to current events and disruptions to global shipping, there could be some unexpected delays. We will do our best to inform you if there are issues with your order. 

 

Please be aware that when purchasing a saber your country may add a fee (import, duty tax) we do not cover this and is the responsibility of the buyer. 

 

Can I return my Order if I change my mind?

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy for any products purchased directly from VF Sabers.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, and must not show any signs of deliberate damage.

To initiate a return, please email us at VFSabers@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product(s) to us. Once we receive the product(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If they do, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
